What is CARE?                                                                       CARE is the Community Action Response Emergency team

 

• The CARE team consists of several of your neighbors that have volunteered to help in a major disaster.

• If we have a major emergency, i.e. earthquake, tsunami or fire and our homes may be threatened or damaged, the team members will check to make sure you are safe or if you need assistance. The team members are not a replacement for Fire or Police personnel who are the primary disaster managers and will coordinate any evacuations.

• We as a community want to make sure we can rely on each other and know that you neighbors are here for you if needed.
