De Anza Home Owner's Association
DeAnza HOA Mission: To represent the residents of De Anza Mobile Home Park in matters that may concern the general population of the park in terms of maintenance, rule determination and general interaction with park management.
HOA community meetings are generally held the 3rd Saturday of every other month at 11 am at the clubhouse. Announcement of the meetings are posted at the community boards by the trash receptacles.
All residents are welcome to attend. HOA dues are $10/household annually, payable as "DeAnza HOA Dues" and go to HOA Treasurer Jerry Zanzinger. Voting for HOA Board Members and special issues requires that homeowners are paid up on the dues for the year.
